Each year, Upper Hand scouts and receives applications from high school football prospects from across the country...Only those with a complete resume on and off the field are invited to be included in the Upper Hand Football Prospect Guide. This magazine, published annually is designed to introduce the included athletes to every college football coaching staff in the United States. The magazine will be on college coaching staffs desks by the end of this week!
